Daniel Aden
Owner, Project Management
Established AMI in 1996
With a big heart and a great sense of humor, Dan has built a business which prides itself on the quality of work it does. He and wife Laurie along with their two daughters, Alexis and Erica, have lived in the Tri-Cities Area for the past 35+ years. Dan, having spent most of his childhood in Walla Walla, has been in the construction/masonry business since he was a youth. His dedication to his family, his employees and to building a successful company guarantees Aden Masonry’s growth and outstanding performance abilities for many years to come.

Laurie Aden
Owner, Accounting
Established AMI in 1996
Laurie is a long time resident of the Tri-Cities. She worked in the banking industry before becoming a stay-at-home Wife & Mom, devoting her time to her husband and two daughters. At that time she also handled the AMI accounting duties, which is something she still does to this day. Being the youngest of four, with three older brothers she developed her "Go ahead, Bring it on, I can deal with anything" personality, which has helped her through life's ups and downs. She has a kind and caring heart and her biggest priority is her family. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends and has recently become a grandmother. Daughter Lexi & husband Steve had twin girls in March '10 and Daughter Erica & husband Bob had a boy in June '10 and a girl October '12. The new additions to the family are keeping everyone very busy and Laurie is loving every minute of it.

Deena Bowe
Office Manager

A life-long Tri-Cities resident, Deena joined the team in 2021. Her Mom and Dad both worked for AMI for many years. Deena’s numerous years of administrative experience help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Josh Brown
Foreman
AMI employee since 2006
Josh is a second generation mason. He grew up in Anaconda, Montana and moved to the Tri-Cities when he was in the eighth grade. He and his son Jade currently live in Kennewick. Josh has been doing masonry work full time since he was 17 years old. He was originally a union hod carrier for ten years and has been a bricklayer for the last four. He takes his work very seriously and strives to be one of the best. He enjoys working with everyone at AMI and looks forward to his future with the company.

Jose Alonzo
Hod Carrier
AMI employee since 2006
Jose started his employment history as a dishwasher, moving on to work as framer. After making the decision to focus his career in the Hod Carrier field, he worked for one of AMI's competitors, coming to AMI in 2006. He enjoys his work with AMI and through his work experience has learned many things and continues to learn something new every day. Jose currently lives in the Tri-City area with his wife and children.

Matt Chilton
Bricklayer
AMI employee since 1992
Matt takes great pride in the quality of work he does. He and his wife Brenda, live in West Richland and their son Andy is attending college in Walla Walla. Matt grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been in the industry since he was a teenager; moving to Washington at the age of 17 to work with the masonry company that built the Adventist University in Walla Walla. He began his career as a laborer, later becoming a bricklayer and then a bricklayer foreman. Matt's experience and dedication make him a valuable asset to AMI.

John Landis
Driver - Bricklayer
AMI employee since 1998
John is a native Oregonian (love that Tillamook cheese) and has lived in Washington for ten years. He is a devoted father who has four daughters and one granddaughter. He has been in the trade for 25 years and a foreman for 11 years with AMI. John is an easy going guy and brings his strong work ethics and positive attitude to the job site everyday. He takes great pride in being a bricklayer and in his "well rounded" skills, he never hesitates to pitch in wherever/whenever he is needed, to get the job done. In his spare time, John enjoys a variety of sports, music events, gourmet food, riding his motorcycle and overall just being alive. GO DUCKS!

Pat Lincoln
Hod Carrier
AMI employee since 2003
Pat has 21 years of masonry experience, beginning in western Washington. During those years, he has been both a bricklayer and a hod carrier. For the past 12 years he has been a member of the Laborer's Union and is currently a Lead Hod Carrier with AMI. Pat is the youngest of six kids and an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife of 18 years, Barbara, have six children of their own and a living zoo at home. In his spare time Pat likes to hunt, fish, camp and horesback ride. Pat is a proficient bowler, if he does say so himself!!
